When I was growing up, I wanted to be rich. Not for egotistical reasons or shiny things, I wanted freedom—the freedom to do what I wanted with my free time and live on my own terms. Realistically, I knew money could give me the leverage to make these dreams a reality.

I have been fortunate to embark on a fulfilling journey that seamlessly transitioned from a marketing degree to owning a highly specialized marketing business, GiddyUp. I’ve surrounded myself with specialists who excel at their craft.

Many of my foundational values and skills can be attributed to my upbringing. My mom, with her creative flair and proficiency in design, and my dad, a savvy leader in the business realm, have both been instrumental in shaping my professional compass. That's right; I'm the enviable middle child, blessed with the best of both worlds. It's almost unfair to my two siblings, really.

Now, let's rewind a tad. Once upon a time, I was just a fresh-faced business major turned marketing intern at an agency specializing in media placement. Over the span of nine years working at the agency, my commitment to empowering businesses led me to delve into various facets of marketing - from website creation, brand conceptualization, and content crafting to comprehensive strategies. My trajectory within the agency witnessed me progressing from an Intern to the role of Director of Website Design and, subsequently, to Chief Operating Officer.

But 2023 was a call to a grander vision. I joined forces with the highly accomplished Ashley Tison and his team at "Soterian," a sanctuary for businesses needing expert coaching, pooling in a team of professionals adept at a multitude of business services to help people do well by doing good.

GiddyUp Marketing stands as a proud extension of this initiative. Every day, I harness my dual superpowers of business acumen and innate creativity to educate and inspire business owners. Together, we explore how cutting-edge branding and marketing systems can be the lifeblood of any growing business.
